Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gz99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gz99 website located at gz99.club, including all games, sports betting markets, account services, and payment facilities made available through it.

By registering an account on gz99, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on gz99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active gz99 account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be a self-excluded player under gz99's Responsible Gaming programme or any other self-exclusion scheme at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account's active life.
• You must not hold more than one active account on gz99. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

All players must complete gz99's registration process before placing any wager or making any withdrawal. gz99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

• Players must register using their own legal name, mobile number, and payment details. Registering under a false identity is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. gz99 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. gz99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a player's failure to keep their login details secure.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. gz99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions.

gz99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in any activity that the Platform considers harmful to its operations or to other players.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

gz99 supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment terms apply to all players:

gz99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges. gz99 accepts no liability for third-party fees applied by payment service providers. Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements must meet the applicable rollover conditions before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted.

Section 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

gz99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonus funds are credited to a player's account separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on gz99 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The value per free spin for wagering calculation purposes is ৳10 unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• gz99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus prior to its withdrawal will not be affected by the withdrawal of that promotion for funds already credited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• gz99 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has exploited a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with fair play, including but not limited to the use of automated betting strategies, group arbitrage, or bonus abuse across multiple accounts.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gz99 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their winnings voided, and their remaining balance forfeited without further recourse:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human manual use.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to guarantee profit or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or depositing funds originating from illegal activities through the gz99 platform.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing any account-level restriction previously imposed by gz99.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction with gz99 staff.

gz99 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of any suspected fraudulent or illegal activity. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the gz99 platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, and source code — is the exclusive property of gz99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No player or third party is permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any gz99 content without the prior written consent of gz99.

The gz99 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of gz99. Unauthorised use of any gz99 trademark in connection with any competing service, promotional material, or online content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gz99 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if gz99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gz99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, including but not limited to breach of contract, tort, negligence, and statutory liability.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

gz99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for harm associated with gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which all players are encouraged to use:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced immediately but may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a set number of minutes spent actively using the Platform in a single session.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the player will be unable to log in or deposit.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting gz99 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

Section 10

Account Termination

Players may close their gz99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering progress.

gz99 reserves the right to terminate any account immediately and without prior notice where it determines that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. In such cases, gz99 may withhold any balance pending investigation and is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation to the player.

Section 11

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a player's use of the gz99 Platform shall first be referred to gz99's customer support team for informal resolution. Players are encouraged to contact [email protected] with a clear written description of their complaint before initiating any formal dispute process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted to gz99's support team, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. gz99 is committed to resolving all legitimate player complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

gz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gz99 will post a notice on the Platform or notify registered players via their registered contact details. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gz99 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
